Since 1984, our vision has been simple: to provide safe, high-quality, and affordable homes for our residents.
As we grew, we recognized a growing need for accessible and secure housing tailored specifically for seniors. This led to the creation of Chesapeake Suites & Townhomes, our Premier Senior Active Living brand, designed to offer seniors the accessible, secure, and supportive living spaces they deserve.
When Kathy and I started this journey, it was just the two of us. We handled everything—from cleaning apartments to renting and even bookkeeping. As our company has evolved, much has changed, but our core values remain the same. We are committed to providing safe, quality, and affordable homes, just as we did from day one.
Today, our company continues to be family-run. Kathy, our daughter Melody, and I all play integral roles in day-to-day operations, and we’re backed by an amazing team whose hard work, integrity, and dedication make us proud every day.
